Japanese Elementary School installs standing Sleeping Pod

In dieser japanischen Grundschule gehört es nun zum Unterricht ein kleines Schläfchen in einer Schlafkapsel zu halten. So sollen die Kinder in der Lage sein, sich danach wieder besser auf’s Lernen konzentrieren zu können. Brauche ich gar nicht erst ausprobieren, bin schon überzeugt. ;)

Na gut, wäre schon ganz interessant wie sich das anfühlt quasi in dem Teil zu stehen und dabei dann einzupennen. Bin aber davon überzeugt, dass ich in „Schlafen“ bestimmt eine gute Note gehabt hätte.

Die Wissenschaft ist hier btw. auf der Seite der Napping-Fans, denn schon 20 min Schlaf im Unterricht sollen die Leistungsfähigkeit der Kinder steigern wie drei Dosen Monster Energy auf Ecks. Aber Scherz bei Seite, gute Sache und ein Trend der gerne hier den Westen schwappen darf…

The elementary school has been conducting classes on the importance of sleep since last year.

The “Standing Sleep Box” was installed on the 3rd, and the students learned from the person in charge of development about the effects of a 20-minute nap during the daytime, such as the recovery of concentration.

The box will be in place until next February, when the children will present their ideas for future development.
