I’ve been slowly gathering, recording, and stitching together 3 to 4 hours of abstract experimental free improv music over the last few years, and I’ve finally put together a few releases. I’ve chosen the name Yapping Portal for it.

Yapping Portal, so far, is…

Primarily based in VCV Rack improvisations

But also the manipulation of tapes, field recordings, and self-made samples, using an arsenal of unique software.

Edited together to be richly composed and well-paced.

Heavy emphasis on sound design techniques, fusing garbage production with crispness and surreal 3D spatialization.
